1. General Information

2. Purpose

These terms regulate the sale of products offered on the website, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties during the purchasing process.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

Placing an order implies full reading and acceptance of these terms. The customer declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Ordering Process

  1. Selection of products and adding them to the shopping cart.
  2. Providing shipping and billing details.
  3. Reviewing the order summary (products, prices, taxes, and shipping costs).
  4. Order confirmation and selection of the payment method.

After completing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. The purchase is considered finalized once payment has been confirmed.

5. Prices, Taxes and Invoicing

  • Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed before confirming the order.
  • Intra-Community sales are made exclusively to final consumers (B2C) within the European Union. In these cases, VAT will be applied in accordance with the current legislation and the EU distance selling regime.
  • Our website does not accept orders or issue invoices without VAT to companies or professionals (B2B). However, if a company is interested in purchasing larger quantities or establishing specific terms, please contact us to discuss possible collaboration conditions.
  • The invoice will be issued in electronic format once the payment and delivery of the order have been confirmed.

6. Product Availability

Offers and product availability are subject to stock. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed to offer an equivalent product, a new delivery date, or a full refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are approximate. You can find more information on our Shipping Conditions page.

  • No deliveries are made to P.O. boxes.
  • The carrier may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Any transport incidents must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

* During the Christmas season, we recommend placing your orders in advance due to high demand and possible delivery delays.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and/or total order amount and are shown before confirming the purchase. Any free shipping promotions, if available, will be displayed during the checkout process.

9. Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (the order will be prepared once payment has been confirmed).
  • Credit/debit card.
  • PayPal.

Payments may be subject to anti-fraud verification. We reserve the right to cancel unverifiable transactions.

10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw, except for legal exceptions. For food or perishable products, for health and safety reasons, withdrawal is not accepted if the seal has been broken or the product is no longer suitable for consumption.

In the case of sliced product packs, returns will only be accepted if all packs are in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. If any pack has been opened or consumed, the return cannot be processed.

In the event of a voluntary return, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer. These costs may be deducted from the total refund amount once the goods have been received and inspected at our facilities.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the packaging and contents so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

11. Warranty

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable regulations. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper storage of the product.

13. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control, including logistical incidents, strikes, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms when necessary. The new versions will apply from the date of publication on the site. Orders in progress will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the consumer’s domicile or as otherwise established by law.

18. Partial Invalidity

If any clause is found to be null or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
