The Élite professional ham stand by Buarfe belongs to the Deluxe Range and is designed to offer maximum precision, stability, and comfort when slicing. Fully made in Spain, it combines high-quality materials with a functional design tailored for professional use.
The base is made of white beech wood with an eco-friendly surface suitable for domestic use, while the fittings are made of AISI-304 stainless steel and black PE-500 polyethylene, ensuring durability and resistance to intensive use.
Its folding head with rotating bushings allows the ham to rotate without releasing the leg, providing agility and safety during slicing. The lower “V”-shaped piece, made of PE-500 polyethylene, is foldable and designed to hold the ham securely without damaging it, while also protecting knife edges.
The 80º tilting system offers great freedom of movement, ideal for performing the third cut of the ham without losing grip or stability. Its detachable structure makes transport easy and is compatible with the Buarfe professional case.
The base features four non-slip silicone feet for a perfect grip on any surface. A robust, precise, and elegant stand, designed to meet the demands of the most demanding professional carvers.
