Procedente de cerdos 100 % ibéricos de bellota criados en libertad, ofrece un color rojo brillante con vetas finas de grasa infiltrada. Su aroma es intenso y natural, y en boca resulta jugoso, redondo y equilibrado, fiel al estilo de los grandes ibéricos de larga curación.
Su proceso de secado en madera actúa como regulador natural de humedad y temperatura, aportando identidad y carácter propios de la Sierra de Huelva. Ningún paso se acelera ni se industrializa, conservando la esencia del método tradicional.
